Mileage program agreements between 2 airlines?

I just had a flight on TAP air Portugal. I heard that I can use these miles on my American Airlines account.

Can someone confirm this?

Is there a site that has all the agreements between airlines?

SPAM has to do with non-airline programs.

Since this is American Airlines, try the AA forum. Hope this helps.
