The end of Mypoints?
From the mypoints site:
Check back soon...
We're currently performing scheduled maintenance to our system. Rest assured --- we'll be back and better than ever shortly.
Thank you for your patience.
Impending doom or temporary update?

I don't think it's the end of MyPoints. They tend to do this sort of thing often. I'd "check back soon" (and I will -- gotta get my 10 points for the day!).
If it is the "end", I won't be pleasd; I have over 13,000 points I need to redeem!

I wouldn't worry about the site being down; it's happened before. Their stock is a bit up (yes, I realize everything's relative) this week and they've been very active lately.
Of course, companies have been known to go out with a blast
Give it a few hours

10 points for a daily visit? Guess I haven't seen it - if someone could point me in the right direction, I'd appreciate it. I get plenty of points by viewing the sites included in the e-mail every couple days, but certainly not daily.

This is in the bottom right hand corner of the start page on mypoints:
Shop for movies, music and more and get Points. Visit Music & Entertainment for 10 Points.
Go Browns!

Just redeemed 1500 points for 1000 Alaska miles. I beat the June 1 deadline for redemption level increases. And this gives me enough Alaska miles for a ticket.
Points have certainly slowed down with Mypoints, but by no means have they dried up. The month of May has had decent earning opportunities.
23,000 airline miles, $900 in hotel certificates, and 3000 Hilton points in the past 18 months. I concur with Doc. Mypoints has given me plenty of free stuff without a whole lot of time investment.

I only redeem My Points for Hilton points, and I do so every time I earn enough for the transaction. The points usually post to my account within a week.
I think it's funny that every time a website goes down for maintenance or some other reason (net congestion anyone?) that someone proclaims the death of yet another dot.com. I haven't been able to access the MBNA Bank website all day today. They must have gone out of business! Maybe this means I won't have to pay my Mastercard bill!
