Asks about your option of Verizon Wireless billing. I answered truthfully, entered my email and did NOT check to have my account (which I don't have) checked.

I filled out this survey over three weeks ago (before this thread even began), and so far, no sign of the gift certifcate....
Anyone know what's going on?

Actually, hate to one-up you, but I just did the same with AT&T and received a $25 certificate for Amazon - all within 24 hours.
