I would suggest trying around 2PM on Saturday. I cashed in my last 5000 points last Saturday at exactly 2PM and at that time all the certificates for the listed partners seemed available.
Goodbye etour.

I used to participate in the Etours program when they offered good awards. One by one, the Target, Home Depot gift certificates and TWA mileage went away. I gave up on the program and abandoned the points. Six months later, I logged in and noticed that they resume offering Target and Home Depot awards but with an evil twist. By giving out a limited number of awards each week, they aknowledge that they have more awards to give out than they can afford! So...make it difficult for participants to redeem.
I lucked out. I put a Post-It note on my screen to remind me to log-in right at 2pm ET (11am for me on the west coast) last Saturday. I redeemd the last of my points for a Target gift certificate. At EXACTLY 2pm, they had only half of their allocated number of certificates left but I got it. I reloaded the redemption page at 2:10pm and saw all of the rewards of any interest or value were sold out for yet another week. Oh well, you could always give it as a donation to the American Red Cross....
What a pathetic program...buh bye Etours.

Until it comes up here in dicsussion I always forget that you get points for e-tour, I just checked and have over 30,000 of them to redeem. I'd keep it even if it didn't give points, I like what they offer, but guess I have to join the 2pm bandwagon some Saturday and redeem some of them.

They are supposed to send you the certificate in 6-8 weeks. Often it takes less time, typically 3 weeks for CDNow. Cyberrebate certs seems to take a long time.
They send an email which acknowledges your order. If you do not get the certificate by 8 weeks, send them a reply.
