Combine Greenpoints from multiple accounts
If you are leaving Greenpoints like I am you may want to combine points from multiple accounts to do a final Delta certificate.
You technically can't "combine" accounts but you can "gift" points to your other account. The gifting account has to be older than 30 days and have mada a purchase thru greenpoints. The receiving account can be new and never made a purchase.
Go to the "use greenpoints " page and click on "make a friend smile" link and fill in the name and amount of points (to round out exactly to 2500 multiples) and your password. The other account will receive them automatically and you can order the certificates.
If you do not have a second account and have left over points , give them to me at account number "[email protected]". I promise to smile

Thank you 99, but I decided to gift my husband with my points. Made enough for 1 Delta gift certificate. Left me with 10 points and him with 70. I'm not bothering with either account until I learn that they have something worth redeeming for. I'll buy through ebates and clickrewards from now on.

A few more pieces of wisdom:
First, purchase is not required to "make a friend smile", most accounts older then 30 days can do it.
Second, it makes sence to click on every cheap and instant "click and earn" offer: ClubMom, IMustLotto, Flipside, ThemeStreem, Iwin, Fool, Classmates, Funbets. None of these require a single piece of real info. DealDeal requires the true identity, but with the carefull bid it is free too.
Third one I will withdraw till I'm ready to "burn the bridges",but I promise to put it here before March, 5th.
Finally something selfish: I miss 60 points (no more, no less) in my account , could some kind soul help me?

Thanks GM99! I too was unaware of this option.
SO two friends transferred the few GreenPoints they ahd to me and I'll get one more Delta 500 miler out of it.
Now I can leave Greenpoints with a little bit more of a "profit"

Greenpoints was not too thrilled with my "combining activity".

Sorry to hear about your fate, GM99, but to your solace we all know: Greenpoints are done with.
As of my promised last idea: it is not too late to open a few more fake accounts: create a use a new web-mail, use address of your relatives friends, if you live in the house - use #1, #2 etc.
You get 1400 points for the signup+profile, then do all free-instant points listed above and - voila - you have around 3500 points.
So you get at least 1 Delta cert per account,
and maybe to if you can add missing points from one of your older account.
And in case you are caught - not a big deal,
what have we got to lose here?

I just had a verrrrry interesting experience at greenpoints. First, I started another account to grab a last chance Delta certificate. I did not get my points for Fool, and I know if I contact greenpoints it will take too long to get the points credited to me. I accumulated 2646 points in this account, transferring orphan points from two other accounts I have. THEN, I cashed in 2500 for a Delta certificate. No problem, except greenpoints did not deduct the 2500 points, so I figure, what the hay, and I cashed in the same 2500 points and got ANOTHER Delta certificate! If I get one, great, if I get two, Wonderful! If I get none? So be it. I've already gotten about 40,000 out of greenpoints so far anyway.

day?
