No conversion of AOL Rewards to AOL AAdvantage!!

No conversion of AOL Rewards to AOL AAdvantage!!
I currently have almost 8000 AOL Rewards points. Almost when it launched, I signed up for AOL AAdv, reading the site which said points would be converted automatically at a .76 ratio. Well, it never happened!
After multiple email requests to customer service and multiple responses saying "we'll handle it," I am now trying to find out if anyone is having a similiar problem.
If so, please email me or reply as to how you dealt with it and if you ever got resolution to your problem.
