You know, Greenpoints to me has provided by far the most immediate gratification of ANY program out there. I just signed on about 7-10 days ago after seeing several posts on FlyerTalk and it has been an absolute success. Visited a bunch of their sites (click for points, etc.) and made a single $10 purchase at half.com and got a great deal to boot -- and walked away with 5 x 500-mile Alaska Airlines certificates for my trouble. All the points posted immediately or within a few hours. The only site I couldn't get the points for was the PCH/Publ. Clearinghouse one...I think you HAVE to buy something and I didn't want to. Others here reported back differently, but I couldn't get the points.
At any rate, just go to Hotmail, etc. and create a new email acct that you want all your forthcoming junk email to go to and use that email address when you sign up for all the point-and-click stuff. Make sure you log in to the greenpoints site as a member on each visit and follow their links to the bonus sites. Once you have completed the tasks all the way through, return home to Greenpoints.com and HIT REFRESH on your browser, then you should see your points balance updated immediately in most cases...a little longer if you bought something that requires verification from the other site...click-and-earns are immediate.
