Maybe I need glasses...I couldn't find it. Can anyone provide more detail on the survey location?

Couldn't get the stupid survey to submit. Kept getting error messages like "you must fill in the necessary details in the frequent fliers box" and all boxes were checked!

I got it to work. Select any country you want, submit the form. Oddly, it would not let me submit the form unless I selected that I was a member of every single freq fly program listed. No mention of the 500 miles but I received an email 30 seconds later that welcomed me aboard and mentioned the mileage bonus.

Not only do you need to indicate you're in every frequent flyer program, but you also need to tell them you have status in every program. Otherwise, it won't let you submit.

FWIW, I had the very same problem initially as I'd reposted tinkybelle's SPAM info in NWA & KLM threads so as to be certain to reach the appropriate FF's. I came to the very same conclusion(s) - strangely - check everything or you're outa' luck!

Wad'ya' gonna' do? That's NWA WP's for ya'

Thanks, tinkybelle,

Several attempts--I must be thickheaded--but I finally got it to go through--I hope.
