pumpkin, be careful of the interest rates with Web Miles. A recent article in the Washington Post (8/6/2000) reported that Web Miles charges a whopping 33.49 percent interest rate if you pay your bill late.
Based on the report, it is the highest punitive rate of all credit card issuers, with Direct Merchants Bank in Scottsdale coming in 2nd at 32.49%.
Check the fine print on your agreement if you get one, as it will indicate that if you make a late payment, the bank/issuer will cancel your old rate and slap you with a penalty rate.
