Thing is to just to keep playing. I clock in every 3 hours or so and I get a bird pretty quickly, using the list in the wiki. But at the moment I'm only getting PDEs (just got another 2).

Every three to twelve clicks yielded a bird, 22 in all, and all 22 were PDEs. I guess they were just getting rid off that day's stock before midnight. But it goes to show, some of us are written down (condemned?) to get just PDEs!

Concerto, you may find you have the same turnaround in the next game. I have to wonder whether it is pre-determined whether any given player is going to be a winner in a particular game.

I'm not sure. I've been fishing a bit today, and I haven't found a single bird ... just a PDE for today's clue. I feel a bit dumb sitting here clicking away when there are more important things to be done. Maybe one really has to click over retailers' links instead of the same ones all the time in that list in the wiki. Maybe the bird won't appear repeated times for pages already clicked where a bird has been found.
