eBay Cashback is Back
Last summer, eBay pulled out of all cashback and incentive sites after doing some internal testing that showed that they weren't really getting new business from those partnerships - people shopped through eBay with or without cash back.
Just this morning, eBay cashback went live again on a handful of rewards sites including MyPoints (3 points per dollar), Ebates (1 to 1.5% cashback for most categories), and FatWallet and MrRebates at 1% across the board.
There are some exclusions, like charity auctions, purchases made with eBay rewards (are they still doing eBay Bucks?), and the use of any sniping services. Also, they note that if you do a bid on an auction that lasts more than a week out into the future, you need to click through again to re-set the cookie and be sure your cashback credits if you win.
