How can they tell if the form has been photocopied? It's a printed form. Looking at the PDF, it looks like one of those forms that they have on a tear-off pad in the aisle next to the product due to the shape and size of the form.

Also, be aware that many of these cash back sites have very inconvenient rules for paying out. They may take 90 days to pay, require a minimum balance, insist on paying by paypal, etc.
There's actually a conga here for topcashback. http://www.flyertalk.com/forum/s-p-m...shback-12.html

It's a huge queue, but...

Same here! I'm going to do it tonight!

The original rebate card is inside the package anyway (you'll have to open them to take out the UPCs anyway) so I just used the original rebate card enclosed.

Did I goof? I just cut the UPC off the bottom of the package and didn't open them up at all. Hopefully this doesn't cause an issue.

I figured that you'd have to open the bottom flap (and by doing that, opening the package) to get the upc off, but I guess if you cut it out with a knife or something you wouldn't have to open the flap.

I usually take a pair of scissors and cut out the UPC when I do FAR deals. I still have a load of software laying around with hopes in them.

Me too (loads of software). I was hoping I could build some package deals and unload it on eBay once I meet my spend on the two Delta cards we just got. Hoping there is not an issue with this approach. I read a story not long ago about a guy that paid for college that way, buying FAR, then selling it on eBay.

If anyone has an Ace Hardware nearby they have a couple of FAR deals this week in the circular. Not worth driving across town but a stop worth making if it's on your way.

I'm aware of this site and webflyer.com but they're not always accurate (e.g. Walgreens is 6x UA miles through 10/14 but EVReward shows 2x.

For the Neosporin:
Store identified receipt(s) must emanate from same state as consumer address
It looks like it would NOT be valid if you ordered it online.

My order included sales tax for my state, that should be enough to show I was doing business in Michigan.
