no $10 sign up bonus

Sorry to break the conga but Im being told by BeFrugal there is no $10 sign up bonus. They haven't offered a sign up bonus since 2012

If you saw a page advertising a Sign-Up bonus for BeFrugal, can you please provide me with the link so I can look into the issue? It would be much appreciated
