$107 for opening an ING checking before Mon.

Until midnight on the 27th ING is having a black friday promotion with multiple offers. The best being a $107 bonus for opening an electric orange checking account. You have to make five purchases on your new debit card within 45 days and they automatically add $107 on day 50....I dont think there is any fees or minimums so I plan on opening with $100...over 100% interest in 50 days, not bad.
On a related note I opened a business account and personal checking account with Chase recently...they no longer give CO miles for their promos but they do have cash coupons ranging from $125 to $200.....I got $150 for the personal and $200 for the business. (you can have one personal and one business bonus per calander year) I linked them and have to keep $5000 in the business for 6 months, and a direct deposit in the personal, to keep them fee free, but still... $350 on 5k is 7% interest...you cant get that good on any cd right now

Bonuses are only paid for accounts that are opened with an initial deposit of at least $250. Initial deposit does not include bonus. $10 thank you bonus is deposited at time of new account opening, but is unavailable for withdrawal for 30 days. The person you refer will have 30 days to use the special referral link in the email to open the account before it expires. Bonus will be posted as interest income to your account.
I have been very happy with my INGDirect accounts since early 2000s.

I needed a second account and I've been very pleased with the ING checking I opened with the 50.00 bonus...
however, I never got the bonus, and had to call to have them manually deposit the bonus, and then it was a long waiting period to get it once it was done manually...
not that this makes this any less of a good deal, its just a heads up to make sure it gets done and if it doesn't get done automatically expect a lengthy delay. It was something surprising, like another month to clear. But it eventually got there ^

I opened an ING checking account on 11/19 to get the $50 bonus (after making 3 debit card purchases within 45 days).
A week later they are offering a $107 bonus (after making 5 debit card purchases within 45 days) for accounts opened 11/25-11/27.
I called customer service at ING, and they were happy to switch me to the larger bonus. Now we'll see if it comes through...
