"Savored" Restaurant Discount Program
Savored provides 30% off your tab (not including alcohol in BOS (strangely
)), but charges $10 for a reservation, so it won't work so well at the cheap establishments I largely patronize.
Not sure I'll even sign up, but I'm sure some of you will benefit...

It's mostly high-end restaurants (at least in NYC) and thus the savings can go well past the $10 fee especially if you're with a group (they take reservations up to 8 people).
fwiw, their $10 referral bonus posts very quickly, so each friend you refer is essentially a free res. Please PM me if you're thinking about signing up for the service.

I did find one or two I've tried before and would probably try again. Let's start a conga via PM...? (if that's allowed) I'll edit this post after I've received one referral so the next poster can get one.

Sorry, I just found the program via a Zagat email. They are now providing a unique Invite Link that I think we can post publicly here as there is no identifiable info that I can see (even after doing a dummy registration from another email account of mine.)
LGA, please let me know if you have received your referral. If so, I will post my link.

As I mentioned obliquely, I already registered before I found this thread - sorry! You should log into your account, click on the INVITE FRIENDS link on the upper right, copy the YOUR INVITE LINK on the lower left, and post it here for the next person to use. After that, I will post mine (although that may get the conga off step by one notch...)

be warned
I found out they CHARGE the $10 again if you CHANGE THE TIME of a reservation. I got burned on this when I had to change to a later time on the same day.

no charge for changing reservations
Hi all,
I'm the vice president of marketing at Savored and just wanted to clarify a point here about changing your reservations. So long as you change or cancel your booking within 2 hours of your reservation time, we will credit the $10 to your account so that you can use it toward a new reservation; we absolutely will not charge you twice when you need to change your plans.
I hope that is helpful - thanks again for using Savored!
Best,
Cassie Lancellotti-Young

I had to change a reservation twice , pushing it forward when work schedules interfered. I was charged $30 for the privelege. If I knew within two hours I'd need to change, I'd just wait to book the rez.
I deactivated my account and will not be using savored, although for San Francisco it had many restaurants i enjoy.
