Yes, they have run multiple juicy promos for the purchase of gift cards through Swappable. Also, this is the time of year when Mypoints has more point-earning click-through emails and generally more ways to fatten one's account. Definitely not the time to quit Mypoints, PaulMSN.

I have been having the same problem, with the same promotion, except I was able to contact their CS through Zendesk. No reply, so I tried again, and a third time. No reply. Then, I found I was having trouble redeeming; I used the same contact function, and 24 hours later I had a reply.

They're obviously trying to weasel out of it...very slimy.

They're starting the "Sneaky Snowflake" promotion today. I think it's like those in the past where you find the item and click on it, and you can bonus points. Has anyone found the snowflake for today? tls
