OK, so after many years (and over 510k points earned) using MyPoints portal, I give up. Since the take over, none of my IHG stays post and all (many) inquiries/CS contacts are being ignored. So, moving on to other sites. Disappointing.

They're finally put out a revised video app called DailyScoop. Both iOS and Android- park a phone on wifi, and you should be able to pick up an extra 20-50 points per day with only minimal babysitting of it if/when an ad freezes on it.

Having trouble clicking through lately on emails on my phone and iPad, anyone else noticing this issue? Usually works fine and unfortunately I don't have access to a laptop or desktop while I'm traveling.

Just redeemed for United miles. I had to enter the Zip+4 zip code instead of just the five digit one to get the redemption to go through and the miles didn't post instantly like they usually do.

Can you tell me how you entered your zip code? I am having trouble with the Untied redemption too. I have tried XXXXX-XXXX and XXXXX+XXXX
and neither of them are working.
Keeps saying error processing.
