The should be no problem with getting the second promo for KMart. The wording states:

Purchase must be made between September 5, 2016 and September 18, 2016. Receipt must be uploaded by 11:59 pm Pacific Time on September 18, 2016. Purchases made outside of the listed dates are not eligible for Points. Your Points will be credited within 30 days of receipt of your upload.

Has anyone experienced issues with points from surveys not posting? I have a good amount of points still "pending" from over a week ago from surveys I completed.

I think that most survey points pend for 7 or 8 days, although I've seen some for as long as 30 days. It will tell you on your account statement when they become usable. tls
