No. The Ebates link gives you cashback only for purchases at the target site, in this case Delta. Skymiles shopping takes you to external vendors - you're not spending your money at Delta. You can't double-dip these programs - only one affiliate link will work.

The only way you could double-dip here for SkyMiles is by paying with a SkyMiles credit or debit card through either SkyMiles Shopping or eBates (whoever gives you more value).
One is considered as click-through value, the other as payment value and only one of each is allowed...
