That was a programme broadcast here in the UK back in February 2006. There was quite a discussion of the issues raised and the associated fallout on the BA forum.

Certainly makes you understand why so many simply will not use them.

A lot of the programmes content was pretty much thoroughly discredited too after it was broadcast, if I recall.

Yup, the media pretty much savaged after broadcast it from what I recall.

Great video. I love investigational reports like this. I want to go under cover for some of these companies. I would be great at it.

Sure it was. It's a Channel 4 documentary which isn't a channel which is well known for it's high quality TV.

That's a matter of opinion. Sure, it shows Big Brother, but Dispatches is a respected documentary strand.
