Ryan Air Customer verification

Hi!
I recently booked a flight from Ryan air using their mobile app in India. I got an email today informing that my booking has been blocked as I have booked using some third party travel agent who has no association with Ryan air. They are asking me to do a customer verification which is chargeable to unblock my booking. Has any one faced similar issues before with Ryan air? If yes, can you please tell me how to navigate through this

First thoughts are, do you know for certain that you have a genuine FR app? Please post a screenshot of the app from the app store you D/L'd it from/

Many Ryanair customers have faced this exact issue, even with direct app bookings. The system wrongly flags it as a third-party agent booking due to triggers from the email/payment.

Use the free Standard Verification option via the email link (enter your 6-digit booking reference, submit signed form + ID photo); it often unblocks in hours, max 7 days.

There are other options - even the paid for ‘express’ option is only €0.59. You’ll find more info here:

Don’t click any link in the email, just in case it’s phishing. Use the link above and you’ll be good to go in no time
