Booking cancellation within 24hrs
Hello,
just booked with RYR and Id like to cancel the booking. Its been just a few hours since. Is RYR willing to do a full refund within the 24 hour window?

You get a grace period of 24 hours from the time of your original booking to correct any minor errors you may have made (dates/times) free of charge. They will also allow you to reverse the route if you've booked your flights in the wrong direction (e.g., you may change DUB to STN to STN to DUB) but unfortunately FR do not offer a cooling off period.

I had though the 24-hour cooling off period applied to all online purchases (including airline tickets) within the EU?

No, the eu does not have a 24 hour grace period for all online payments

It does have a 14 day cooling off period, but there are many exceptions, including Hotel bookings, transport tickets, and event tickets for specific dates.
