Ryanair customer service
Last week I was on a Ryanair return from Berlin. It has been a while since I've flown with them. Personally, I found the customer experience to be excellent. It was a surprise because I was under the impression that customer service was not their strong point! Is that perspective the right perspective? Have they improved their service?

FR is better than LH. You actually reach someone via chat or the hotline. If things go south they usually respect passenger rights agencies whereas LH waits to be sued.
Still FR does not rebook to OAL despite the obligation from the EU regulation. Also on-board service is annoying with all those announcements.

FR does not rebook OAL but it is fairly easy to get rebooked to other FR flights via the chat function. FR has a very generous rebooking policy in case of cancellations or schedule changes (but within own network of course) - been there done that many times.

When did you use the rebooking policy last time? For me it was a pain or evennI got other routes declined in 2023. Instead of booking a nice vacation with the cancelled flight and book an alternative transportation on my own expense I now use my lawyer to make FR pay for that.
Not a smart move by FR in my opinion.
