5 Hour Delay

Hi All,

Wonder what my options are here:

We were 5hr 6 min delayed returning from Nantes to Stansted on Sunday.

I understand EU261 works here, but is there anything I'm missing that I need to claim?

Thanks
TPR

If the delay was caused by "extraordinary circumstances" there is no right to compensation under EU Reg. 261/04

It was a technical fault on the inbound leaving Stansted, couldn't fix it, then swapped aircraft after 5 hours.

The EU261 claimform on Ryanair site doesn't like my IBAN/Swift code (It's definitely right though...) Any thoughts??
