Flight from MLA-LTN was delayed by > 3hours. Was anyone else on this flight or can offer some advice re EC261. Online chat stated circumstances outside the airlines control. Not sure where to go next? Thanks

Try to check the flight on one of the websites of the agencies offering to run your case, they usually have a database that will tell you if there is a reason to claim.

File a claim, it’s the airline who has the burden of proof. Once you have their formal response to you UK261 claim come back here with their response. That said, there were some ATC restrictions particularly over Switzerland that weekend
