Does Ryanair recognize reentry permit as visa?

Currently I am working in Denmark. My visa expired however I still have residence permit here, although the immigration still hasn't mailed me the card yet.

The problem is I want to do some travel to Italy and Spain during Xmas, in Ryanair. I did a little research and found that Ryanair even check visa for intra-Schengen flights. I know some people who can get reentry permit from the police station instead of a visa to travel back home. Major airlines will respect this form of document. But I don't know if this works for traveling to other schengen countries? I know that residence permit in Denmark will allow me to travel 90 days out of 180 days within the Schengen area. However I am not sure if ryanair will respect this permit, since it is always an annoying company....

Has anyone had experiences in doing this with them?
