DME airport transfer time
Hello,
I'll be transfer from an international to domestic flight at DME airport. Someone will be waiting for me at the end of my trip, and I'm *very* worried about not making the transfer in time, as I'll have to pickup and recheck my luggage. My transfer time is 2:25 (from landing to the next flight's departure), so about an hour and a half to make the gate. I found this guide on DME's site, which is helpful.

So it looks like I'll do passport control, pickup luggage, customs, check in again, and security. Partly I'm worried that my luggage may take long to arrive on the belt, slowing down my transfer (I've read online that putting the fragile sticker on the luggage can help get it off faster, but some sources say that's not true).
Anyhow, I'm just looking for general advice - am I safe here, or is this a push? Any ways to be quicker? Maybe I'm better of not having any checked luggage (difficult, but maybe possible). The passenger count is 30,700,000 if that makes a difference as far as timing goes.

Мое время трансфера 2: 25 (от посадки до вылета следующего рейса), поэтому около полутора часов, чтобы сделать ворота. Я нашел это руководство на сайте DME, что полезно.
Так что, похоже, я сделаю паспортный контроль, пикап багажа, таможня, Регистрация снова, и безопасность. Отчасти я беспокоюсь, что мой багаж может занять много времени, чтобы прибыть на поясе, замедляя мой трансфер (я прочитал в интернете, что нанесение хрупкой наклейки на багаж может помочь быстрее его снять, но некоторые источники говорят, что это не так).

I wouldn't worry about luggage delay all that much but immi lines at DME can be rather miserable. A couple late arrivals recently took 1+hr or so to go through. In the past mid day arrivals were quick - not sure if this still holds...
Is you connecting flight on the same reservation? Are there other flights you can easily get on? Can you communicate with your meeting party from DME?
Not having checked bags can help with getting to your next flight if you can do online checkin or get a boarding pass earlier. Personally I would recommend more time between flights. If moving your second flight out is not practical, have a plan for worst case scenario - phone/internet access, alternative flights, possible lodging if needed etc - be prepared.
