Ramada DME
On my way to DME a couple days ago noticed a sign for Ramada hotel - looks like it just opened. It appears to be the first chain property near the airport and hopefully a practical option for those arriving at 2 am.

It was about 5K for several dates i checked which is still overpriced but may be OK if you arrive in the middle of the night.
I really hope they will build a few normal reasonably priced hotels nearby given the recent push to move some government functions from central Moscow to suburbs, including DME area, to reduce traffic congestion. They seem to be serious about it - IIRC moscow region agreed to transfer some land to moscow for that purpose.
