SU fails to close the deal to purchase 75% of UN shares. Now UN's fate will probably be decided by its creditors (and, as always in Russia, the authorities)
UPD: According to media reports, deal fell apart as it wasn't approved by VTB Bank (which has a lien on 25% of UN's shares) and minority shareholders.
