How to pay excess baggage?
Hello everyone,
I'm from Germany and plan to fly WAW-SVO-NRT in November (Warsaw because even with the travel to Poland I'm still saving about 100€ for that time).
As I'm staying for a year at least, I'm going to have excess baggage.
Now, I've already called their toll-free hotline to find out whether the 2nd suitcase also gets 23kg free or if it gets split up between both suitcases then and Xenia confirmed, that it's a 'new' 23kg piece.
I've already called twice and always got a Xenia on the line
However, she couldn't help me whether I'd have to pay the 50€ for the 2nd suitcase in EUROS or the Polish currency, Zloty. On their homepage, they're just writing it in €, $ and RUB. She told me that it's probably Euros, but she couldn't find anything in their system about that.
Does anybody of you have any experience with that?
Can also be experience with any other currency!
