Just checked out of a RC property in the US. It was a 4 night stay with 50k points per night. The cheapest rate i could find (aaa) was around 800 for the same nights. Lo and behold, i ask for the folio to be emailed upon checkout; i get sent two folios. One is the hotel extras. The other one is the stay folio being billed to the rewards program. It is being billed at 158.00 per night and 6.75 in tax. So apparently the actual cpm for the stay was 0.3295. What do you guys think? Anyone had the second “hidden” folio sent to them before?

Why would you care what the rewards program paid the hotel? Just cannot see the relevance?
