ritz carlton $100 credit + Virtuoso?

Is it possible to stack the $100 virtuoso credit with the ritz carlton $100 credit for a 2 night stay?

Probably not - the $100 rebate is booked under its own booking code which can only be booked by calling Ritz.

I'll find it hard to believe that Virtuoso agents have access to it.

I feel it was provided if we use the Ritz credit card and not an actual booking code?

Well, your feeling is wrong.

It has to be booked under Z38 code (with upgrade certificate) or under Z34 code (without an upgrade certificate).

Again, I'll be highly surprised if Virtuoso agents have access to those.

Plus the terms states that it is not combinable with any negotiated rate (which makes sense as it is its own rate).

Not valid on special corporate negotiated rates, wholesale rates, discounts or promotions (includes AAA), packages, group rates, eChannel rates, advance purchase rates and Government rates. Credit is non-transferable or combinable with other offers, consecutive reservations in the same hotel are not valid, and advanced reservations are required.

LOL then it signficantly reduces this cards value compared to Virtuoso or FHR.

You just need to use the benefits in a smart way - combine it with the upgrade certificate to have lounge access.

The card never pretended to be a replacement to FHR or Virtuoso.

booking through RC STARS agency gets benefits excluding amenity credit

most of the time agencies book best available rate, not contract rate

agency $100 credit can be on 1 night stay (only time its valuable IMHO)

mentioned credit card confirmed club upgrade can be very valuable
