Contacting Lyft with app feedback?
I added a stop in my Lyft and the driver's app didn't properly update Waze. We almost missed our detour exit (My wife noticed in time and the driver followed her verbal directions). I want to alert Lyft to this defect, but I can't find any way to provide app feedback, just 'driver' feedback. He did nothing wrong (in fact he was a great driver) so I would hate for one of the dropdowns to end up counting against him. Any advice on contacting Lyft?
