Uber Account Hacked ?

Uber Account Hacked ?
I was checking luggage outside Terminal 8 at JFK airport.
My cell phone rings the caller says he is my Uber driver and just confirming I am at Terminal 8.
I said I did not request an Uber......I have a rental car that I am returning and I am about to board a flight. I told him I was sorry.....it must have been a butt dial.
I thought it is REALLY HARD to butt dial an Uber but oh well.....
I had no text that an Uber was on its way......but a couple of hours later an American Express charge was made and I was alerted via text.
No emailed receipt either........
My Uber account showed an almost $300 charge for a ride from JFK to the East end of Long Island........from the town I had left 3 hours earlier !?!?
Uber email support so far has only provided a reference number.
I have disputed the charge with my credit card and a new card is on its way.
