Busy with new web designs and changes, or is it keeping tight-fisted with miles float? Either way, folks who need miles that post quickly and reliably had better look elsewhere, at least for now - over one month is beyond the pale, IMO.

I had a missing dine and I sent in the information. Called again today and was told there was a month backlog. Im sure it won't take that long..... but......

I'm having all sorts of problems with IDine. Dines that have already posted to my AA account are now showing as 'pending'. 2 Dines are missing completely.

This is NOT fun any more!

I won't be going out of my way to spend my money in IDine restaurants until they get themselves organized.

I have a feeling that the company doesn't care at all. It is very, very poor marketing. Just made the decision to have a company lunch at a non-IDine restaurant when I could have pushed for the IDine one. Why bother?

Question How Long Does It Take For IDINE Miles To Post -- To Your IDINE Account??

In repsonse to the OP's question, I find that it takes on average 4-5 days for the dine to post to my IDINE account, with day one starting the day after you dine.

Not true for me. I seem to be in some sort of an IDine black hole.

My base miles have been posting as usual within 4 - 5 days. The 5x (non-rate) promo miles have been just about all posting at the same time. The 5x rating miles have been credited to my AA account first roughly two weeks later, and then retroactively appearing at my RN account. However ... when I checked my RN account today, there were a slew of "pending" miles that I could swear (without having gone through and matched them) already posted at AA!
I did have one dine a few weeks ago that I thought I'd have to send in for credit, but it appeared a few days later than it should've.

I also have dines from mid-Sept that have already posted to AA that have reverted back to "pending" status on Rewards Network account. Maybe I'll get the points twice???

I just want what I'm owed. I'm disappointed in IDine.

Well, I am incorrectin my previous post, apparently! The dines are indeed posting, but they are not showing as such in my AA - RN account.

Checking my American AAdvantage account after reading the above contributions@:-), my dines through the end of September have been paid to American Airlines, even though they show as "Pending" on the "iDine" website!

Thanks to all for pointing out what is apparently happening. Weird! But, as long as they all post, and I am also getting the 5 points extra for rating, so all is reasonably well with the world. I mean if you paid me the five bucks you owe me, but you still claim you owe them to me...

I am averaging one IDine a month where I have to send in documentation and fight for the AA miles. I'm not at all pleased about this.

For those of you who have a Denny's on the program, you can buy whole pies and cakes there. I got one for an office birthday party. If the miles post........

My dines at a few places a week are posting on time, which leads me to think those must be restaurant-specific problems down in TX, rather than Rewards Network systemwide issues.

As I look at things this week, dines posted to the airline show as having posted (now) and my 5 bonus rating points are posting reasonably quickly as well. Dines and ratings through 9 Oct have posted to the airline (and I didn't dine from that date until 17 Oct as I was out of the US; I wouldn't expect to see 17 Oct yet.)

I had my 5th $50 dollar dine in Dallas which qualified my 5000 points not come through... they later manually credited after prompting, but when bonus points showed up, I only had the 3500... We will see if they adjust after my second prompting.

I'm missing yet another IDine posting for a dine a month ago. Have gone through all the steps to get it fixed and am again waiting.

Nuts!
