Problems with Idine website?

Problems with Idine website?

I'm only getting two restaurants in all of Philadelphia listed...anyone else having similiar problems?

Perhaps, it may be a problem with your browser. I had a similar problem a few weeks back.

Before my old computer crashed, I had 2 browsers on my system (IE and Opera). When I went to open up the US RN site with 1 of them (I forget which), only 1 location came up! But when I closed that one and opened up the same site with the other browser, all the locations came up! ^

First, are you sure you're logged in? (You can be half logged in! To be sure, do a full logout -- that takes answering Yes on the second screen -- and then log in again.)

Second, do you get the same problem no matter how you search (by zip code, by address, etc)? How many miles did you specify (it may have changed the default to 1 mile)?

(I've seen cases where the addresses of restaurants were messed up, and they wouldn't show up in any address search, but would show up if you searched by zip code rather than address. Same with restaurants whose "region" was messed up, even though their acutal address was correct, then they'd show in an address search but not in a city region search.)

Do restaurants you've eaten at recently (with that program) not show up? If so, go to your My Rewards page and see if they show up there, then click on the link there and see if their Details page shows up then.

Finally, you didn't mention which iDine/RN website: There's a separate website for each airline FF program, and the different airline dining websites work differently, and sometimes there can be a problem with one airline and not with another!
