Actually, elite iDine bonuses changed long before 7/1 - IIRC, they changed at the program year-end (February 28). The only requirement is now the $150 monthly minimum, which no longers 3 monthly dines to get the 500 mile bonus.
That said, a cursory search of the AA forum would yield the current promo terms. Like many other airlines, AA's iDine program offers a bonus of 5 miles per dollar to its top-tier members until June of 2006 - thereby leaving the benefit unchanged for these people.
