Priceline Dining Cash Back

I received a survey from Pricline after a recent stay and it was about their new Priceline dining - thougth some of you might find it interesting, not points but cash back. Here it is for what is is worth-

Introducing Priceline Dining, an all new dining rewards program that pays you a 20% Cash Back Reward when you dine at over 15,000 restaurants across the country. No embarrassing cards or coupons to present. No membership numbers to remember. Priceline Dining is completely discreet. Simply register your credit card at priceline and eat at one of our participating restaurants. When you pay the restaurant bill using a credit card you've registered with us, we'll automatically award your 20% savings back to your credit card. Your Cashback Rewards will be credited to your registered credit or debit card within 10 days of dining.

So all new that Google can't find anything about it!

What's the annual fee? (I presume their is one, because the same program direct from iDine is $49/year, and it's only "free" with the Diners Club card, which itself is $95/year for most people.)

I don't think there was any fee, but it was a quick survey that doesn't interest me since I am chasing miles
