This looked great until I saw the part where it only applies to Americas. Is it just me or are we seeing much more regional promos since the program split? (Which wouldn't be that surprising given that Radissons in Americas generally suck.)

So it's not "regional", it's per program.
Now that the programs have split, the promos are likely always going to be for specific programs. I doubt we will ever see one promo applied to both programs since the split.

There are Radisson hotels in the Americas that I would use or use again, but very few of those are in the US. I guess at the right price and for the right award nights, 9 nights for 90k points could provide me quite a decent return on spend.
