Unable to process global to global point transfer?
I am currently unable to transfer points from a specific Radisson global to another Radisson global account. I call the global number and the reps appear familiar with the process and are happy to initiate a transfer, but the transfer fails.
I was able to transfer points into the global account from a matching americas account successfully yesterday, (2) the email address on the global account was updated recently to match said americas account and (3) I was able to process another global to global transfer successfully so I'm guessing that the failure to transfer these other points successfully is likely to be related to the account itself. Maybe the recent email address change initiated some kind of delay timer before outgoing transfers would be approved, but that's just a guess.
Any ideas for potential fixes or workarounds to get this transfer processed?

If this is an issue with trying to transfer points out of a Radisson Rewards account that has recently had its email address / profile info updated does anyone have any insight into how many days I'd need to wait after said change before being able to successfully complete a points transfer?
