Radisson New York Times Square - Gone - Left Radisson June 2021

So there have been discussions in the past on this hotel coming online with Radisson in the old New York property threads. Well....it's almost here according to what I have heard!

According to sources the hotel will be opening in November and we can expect the website to be live by the end of July.

The wait begins! For now this is all we have:

Is this a new build or have they bought and converted an existing hotel? Does this hotel replace the Martinique?

That’s what it’s looking like! Based on info 2 new Radisson’s by years end but I wouldn’t count on the art’otel till later since no date can be found anywhere.

I've tentatively booked a 2 night award stay for April of next year. 70k like the other two NYC properties that were just added but I'm going to assume that this is going to be the nicest of the 3 since the Club Quarters conversion one near Rockefeller is going to be a bit "used" until they renovate or update. Still not really sure when the hotel is actually opening since the hotels pages on Radisson.com are basically generic without any real info....thought it was November but not allowing booking for first week in December that I always go to NYC.

I booked today for next year. Mailed some questions, and got a reply "we are opening late November or early December". So there is hope for your stay in early December

No hope since I went ahead and used Bonvoy points for the St. Regis which will be a much more special stay.

The rooms look small (ok yes, it's NYC, I get it) and it'll be interesting to read reviews about street noise but some good rates available, may try it next year.
