Points not posting?
I've had two stays at Radisson properties last week (it's now 6 days since the second check-out) and neither of those posted to my account - usually it takes 2-4 days. This doesn't look like a coincidence, did anyone had a similar problem recently (points not posting or posting very late)? I will of course request the points retroactively but I'm still waiting for end of 10 days period.

I had two stays in September (Radisson CLE and Radisson CLT) and the points for the latter didn't post. A day after I submitted the claim online they were in my account.

This is interesting, I submitted first of my retroclaims and it was approved literally within 5 minutes. It looks like hotel actually submitted the data (otherwise it surely would take longer) but they were never processed by RR. Weird. I wonder if the second stay will go the same, that would suggest some IT glitch.

Yup, seen this as well, 6 years flawless and then multiple stays didn't post.
