Radisson's definition of a "Business Center"

Recently stayed at the Radisson in Rochester, MN (very convenient to the Mayo Clinic). An incentive was the fact that they promoted a "business center." Be forewarned...this "business center" consisted of one dial-up computer next to the reservation desk where I could eavesdrop on the front desk people quoting and negotiating every imaginable rate. Moreover, if one is counting on internet access, just pray that someone is not hanging on to that lone computer. On the other hand, the 11th floor lounge was outstanding. Lovely personnel and fine appetizers, particularly the night they offered pepper-crusted baked salmon along with the usual cheese and crackers and cocktails.

I never said that my accomodations were disappointing In fact, I went out of my way to praise your service in the 11th floor lounge. My complaint was about the misleading description of what Radisson characterizes as a "business center." It has been my experience that "business centers" normally consist of more than one computer in a public space. For the sake of accuracy (re: this particular property), you might just say that we have a computer available for our guests who wish to have complimentary internet access.
I was very pleased with my accomodations.
