Missing "Extras" points
Hi
I am based in the UK and recently tried to make attraction via the "extras" part of the app to gain bonus gild points from iTunes. The points have not been credited in the stated time according to the T&Cs and I have contacted ClubCarlson customer service and they say they have no control and can not investigate as it is operated by a third party.
Has anyone else have any similar issues? Do you think it's acceptable they are say they are unable to help then the deal is offer by them
