Updating profile palaver.
Any idea why updating your 'My Profile' in your Club Carlson account is so flippin' difficult? 
None of the other loyalty programmes I'm a member of force you go to such lengths just to update your email address? Hours later and I'm still waiting for the link they said they would send me to enable me to change it. Not in the Spam box either.
It's all a bit over the top is it not?
