E Upgrade with multiple rooms?
Has anyone been offered the e upgrade after booking more than one room? I just booked 2 studio rooms for our family at the Park Plaza on the River in London. I then got the page offering upgrades, including a 2 bedroom suite which I would love to book and then cancel the 2nd room. Not sure if that's an acceptable thing to do though. Since it's an award booking, would they not allow 4 people, even in a 2 bedroom suite? Thanks for any insight. This will be our first trip to London and we can't wait!

e upgrade
No, the e -upgrade is based on avaibility at check inn.
And yes if you check inn before 6 pm and you get lucky to be upgraded then you can ask if you can stay with a total of 4 persons in the suite.
If yes, you can cancell the other Award reservation room without any fee before 6 pm.
