Is anyone else having a problem entering this contest/promo? I use the email I have registered to my CC account and I get a "Email not valid" error. This happens in both Firefox and IE, so it's not a browser issue.

Because it's Carlson's headquarters is there.
Because it's at Mall Of America, and if Carlson wants to attract families as part of their demo, that's a good prize.
Because this hotel's manager and the staff probably worked their a-- off to get this status. I'm all for finding great hotels where you wouldn't expect a Great hotel.

I had four more 100 point entries post today (still with 8/15 date) for a total of 1900 posted from this promotion. I still can't figure out any pattern with the posting schedule or why they all post with the same date. But, I'm not complaining about the easy points and early (relative to the latest allowed by the T&Cs) posting.

Saw 16x100 points dated Aug 17 posted, which is equal to my "looks" at the book in Aug (missed a couple of days early on).
