Club Carlson not honoring promises made on Facebook?

Ric at Loyalty Traveler now states that CC has reversed it position and pre-existing reservations will count after all for the promotions.

Two big thumbs up for Club Carlson for being pro-customer with this decision. It is now announced on their Facebook page https://www.facebook.com/Radisson - but not yet on their actual terms and conditions, so take that for what you will.
