The Radisson Martinique in NYC has an odd lounge-like room on the floor just below the penthouse floor. It is basically a giant living room, which they probably use for special events. There are no amenities or services there, just sofas and armchairs. But it has always been accessible when I have stayed there.

RB Chicago has.
RB in Chicago has one. It is on the 17th floor. I mentioned on my review of the hotel in the CC forum.

Toward becoming a brand standard
This would be a good thread to report Radisson lounge experiences, and hopefully in the process to encourage that they become a brand standard. (And that they develop standards for the lounges.)
One gets the impression that Radisson is in the midst of an initiative to compete more seriously on an international scale. The suggestion here is that this is an important component.

I agree with many posters here. For Club Carlson to become a serious brand with elite perks, I expect a hotel to have an executive floor with nicer rooms and an executive lounge

Radisson Blue Sofia has a business lounge, but it is pretty poor. More like a business centre (computer and printer) with a few complimentary soft drinks.

Park Plaza Westminster Bridge (London) has a very nice looking Executive Lounge which you can pay (something stupid like £39 per 'room' per night), but as a lowly Silver member I've no idea if CC Gold and/or Concierge members can get in for free.
