Points Question
Being new to the goldpointsplus sysytem, I would be grateful for some advice on how points are allocated. When I view my account I can see my points balance but when I select "My Recent Stays" I can only see one of the three properties that I have stayed at over the past two months. Strangely, this hotel is the second of my stays, the first and third simply do not appear.
Would this indicate to long term members that no points have yet been allocated to me from the other two hotels yet?

I'd call customer service and see what's up. Goldpoints Plus is slow about posting stays and points, but having the second show up before the first is suspect. If the first and/or thrid were booked by hotwire or expedia or something like that then that could explain the missing stays/points.

I had case where I stayed in three different places in one row (3 nights Rostock, 3 nights Dresden, 3 nights Stockholm) and the last one posted before previous two. I think it depends on country etc. In one other case, it took 10 days to have their charge to appear on my AMEX, but the points were posted two days after the stay...

Customer service at Radisson was excellent. Missing points were identified and added to my account within 24 hours. Silver Elite status confirmed.
